1. Acceptable use
Use LuckyDrawOnline only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload infrastructure, or use the site to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
You are responsible for the entry lists, prompts, labels, and other content you submit. Do not upload information you do not have permission to process or display.
2. Raffles, giveaways, and local rules
LuckyDrawOnline provides a random selection tool, not legal, tax, fundraising, or platform-policy advice. Laws for raffles, lotteries, prize promotions, schools, charities, and social platforms differ by location and use case.
The organizer is responsible for eligibility, entry rules, required disclosures, permits, taxes, winner contact, prize delivery, and compliance with applicable laws and platform terms.
3. AI-generated content
AI-generated lists, titles, descriptions, and suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review all generated content before using it in a public draw or publishing it.
Do not rely on AI output for legal eligibility, safety-critical choices, regulated decisions, or factual claims that have not been independently checked.
4. Random results and service limitations
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Availability, storage, integrations, advertising, and features may change. A draw ID or timestamp is result context, not an independent audit or legal certificate.
Do not use the picker for medical, financial, employment, admissions, public-benefit, safety, or other high-stakes decisions where random selection is inappropriate or regulated.
Content ownership and service changes
You retain responsibility for content you submit. LuckyDrawOnline retains rights in its site design, code, branding, and original content. The service or these terms may be updated when product or legal requirements change.
