Using the raffle generator
How do I run a draw?+
Add names or ticket numbers in the entry editor, review the visible list, and select Spin wheel. The winner appears in the workspace with a draw ID and timestamp.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. The main raffle generator can be used without registering or signing in.
Can I save a wheel for another device?+
The current homepage does not provide account-based cloud saving or cross-device synchronization. Keep a copy of important entry lists in your own document or spreadsheet.
What does the AI list generator do?+
It sends your prompt to the configured AI service, drafts a themed wheel and entry list, and may save the generated wheel to the site database. Review generated entries before using them in a real draw.
Randomness and results
How is a winner selected?+
The homepage wheel uses the browser crypto API to select an index from the current visible entries. Each entry has equal odds when it appears once in the list.
Can the same entry win twice?+
Yes, if it remains in the list for another spin. For multiple unique winners, remove each selected entry before spinning again.
Does the draw ID legally certify a raffle?+
No. The draw ID and timestamp provide result context, but they are not a legal certificate, independent audit, or guarantee that a raffle complies with local rules.
Why can the same result appear repeatedly?+
Independent random selections can repeat. A repeated result does not by itself show that the picker is unfair.
Entries and customization
What can I add to the wheel?+
Entries can be names, ticket numbers, social handles, prizes, teams, classroom choices, or other short text labels.
Can I change wheel colors?+
Yes. The entry management panel includes color themes and controls for individual entry colors.
Can I import social media comments automatically?+
No. LuckyDrawOnline does not currently scrape Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms. Export or review valid entries separately, then paste them into the wheel.
Browser and privacy
Does the wheel work on mobile?+
Yes. The main workspace is responsive and includes a visible mobile Spin wheel button.
Which browsers are supported?+
Use a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari with JavaScript enabled. Older browsers may not support every animation or clipboard feature.
Does the site use analytics or advertising?+
Yes. The site may load Google Analytics and Google advertising services. See the privacy policy for the current data and cookie disclosures.
